Job Summary

This is a full-time permanent role based in Wellington CBD. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Finance Team with day-to-day activities, including:

  • Ensuring all finance system interfaces are operating effectively.
  • Reconciling between Oracle ERP, EPM and TM1.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end and roll-over processes.
  • Maintaining various systems structures.
  • Assisting with fault analysis, business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to the Finance Team.
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Identifying and addressing issues related to financial system performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An IT or Accounting qualification combined with some SQL knowledge.
  • An understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, preferably Oracle.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $68,660.00 - $83,003.00 per annum.
