The Position

We are seeking a Technical Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our wealth management platform (Envestnet). Your primary responsibilities will include providing application support, configuring systems, testing, and addressing trade discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing application support, including configuration activities, testing, and trade-related tasks
  • Configuring systems to meet the needs of our advisors and internal teams
  • Testing systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Addressing trade discrepancies and errors in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to identify and implement solutions
  • Maintaining comprehensive system documentation, process, and procedure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-service facing role
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
