What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a Culture of Discipline, demonstrating self-discipline, disciplined action, and disciplined thinking as fundamental core principles. The ideal candidate will have:
  • An NZQA Level 5 / 6 Diploma or higher majoring in Electronics, Computing, Software, Telecommunication, Technical Support, or Networking Technologies.
  • CCNA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an ITIL-based Service Desk or Call Centre, either as Level 2 / Level 3 support or technical coordinator.
  • Experience with Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Technology such as P25 / DMR, Cellular Technology, or IP network management technicians or field support.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills delivered in an effective and professional manner via phone, chat apps, email, conference calls, technical documentation, or in-person.
