Job Overview

We are seeking a Health Services Provider to fill the role of Substitute School Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with managing school clinics and intervening in health-related issues.
  2. Develop and implement plans to support students with chronic health conditions.
  3. Administer prescribed medications and monitor treatment plans as directed by physicians.
  4. Utilize medical equipment and supplies as required.
  5. Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students.
  6. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • An active RN license.
  • A valid CHRC certification from the Maine Department of Education.
