We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and review international employment contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Raise and process invoices in a timely manner, managing our finances with precision.
- Support candidates throughout the visa application process, providing expert guidance and reassurance.
- Coordinate with Immigration partners to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop creative ads for open vacancies, showcasing the exciting opportunities we offer.
- Plan and coordinate Intern events and activities, promoting a positive work culture.
- Collate data and send reports to key stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
- 2+ years' administration experience, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
- Exceptional relationship building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, with a focus on prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in a recruitment environment (internal or agency) is highly valued.
