Job Description
This Is An It Support Group is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of the HR Shared Services team, you will be responsible for providing administration support and maintaining data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our HR systems
- Responding to HR queries and providing information to employees
- Drafting employment agreements and variation letters
- Running monthly data audits and checks
- Supporting the wider HR team with companywide initiatives
- Facilitating weekly HR inductions and conducting exit interviews
- Facilitating the weekly attendance committee
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Strong customer service ethic and attention to detail
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to form relationships at all levels to partner successfully with customers and the wider HR team
- HR-related tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation (preferred)
- Exposure to HR systems and/or previous experience in a similar HR administration role would be an advantage
