Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Silverdale-based team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through all touchpoints, including phone, email, and showroom sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Process orders, invoices, and other customer-related tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Investigate and resolve shipment issues, providing proof of delivery to customers
- Organize quote documentation and process Australian orders
- Coordinate and maintain the showroom, ensuring it is well-stocked and immaculate
- Prepare client invoicing, credit notes, and back orders
- Complete daily banking of eftpos transactions and order stationery and office supplies
- Liaise with the sales team on orders and product queries
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be computer literate in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, and have experience with inventory processes and basic accounting skills.
