  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in new business development
  • A deep understanding of sales processes and a demonstrated ability to close deals
  • Sharp market awareness with the ability to spot and seize opportunities
  • Team player mentality with the confidence to work independently
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Bachelor's degree/higher education or equivalent experience
  • Full working rights within New Zealand with no restrictions
