Business Growth Executive

The Pond is seeking a Business Growth Executive to join our dynamic and innovative technology solutions agency. As a Business Growth Executive, you will play a key role in transforming our client's business through cutting-edge marketing and sales automation technologies.
You will be responsible for generating your pipeline from inbound and outbound sources using an existing database system and leads generated from the growing partner network. Your strong communication skills and established sales experience will enable you to effectively engage with key decision makers and secure meetings.
- Experience with eCommerce systems or platforms
- An understanding of common B2B business issues and opportunities
- Marketing Automation experience is a bonus
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales results and KPIs, as well as excellent time management skills to manage competing priorities. You will also have a growth mindset and be aspiring for career development in B2B sales.
