The Role

This role involves taking a hands-on approach to daily HR operations, proactively supporting managers with recruitment, performance, succession planning, talent development, and change management. Ensure alignment with current employment law and regulations while providing expert advice in both areas, as well as the application of HR Policies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF EMPLOYMENT LAWS, HR BEST PRACTICES, AND TALENT MANAGEMENT
  • EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • ABILITY TO USE INITIATIVE AND WORK INDEPENDENTLY
