New Zealand Skills & Education Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Domestic Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable education provider, focusing on domestic student recruitment and building strong industry connections.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders, including course advisors and teachers at schools, industry, and the community. The primary objective is to enhance the visibility of NZSE, drive enrolment, retention, and successful graduate outcomes. Additionally, you will aim to meet targets for pathways, STAR, and Gateway programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including course advisors and teachers.
  • Conduct appointments with prospective external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Qualify lead enquiries and convert them into enrolled students.
  • Run events, expos, and presentations to promote NZSE programmes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have strong sales experience, a proven record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships. You should also have education/student recruitment industry experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Te Reo (desired). You must possess the ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
