The Role
We are seeking a driven individual who can innovate, motivate, and achieve domestic student recruitment goals. As a key member of our sales team, you will cultivate strong connections with external stakeholders, including course advisors and teachers at schools, industry, and community partners. Your primary objective will be to enhance the visibility of New Zealand Skills and Education Group, driving enrolment, retention, and successful graduate outcomes.

  • Provide advice and place qualified learners into our programmes
  • Build strong industry connections through B2B sales and new business development
  • Achieve enrolment targets as set out in our organisation plan
  • Conduct appointments with prospective external agencies and stakeholders
  • Run events, expos, and presentations

Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires strong sales experience with a proven record of achieving sales targets. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build long-lasting relationships. Proficiency in Te Reo Maori is desired, but not essential.
