About the Role
This dynamic position involves collaborating with all levels of the business to drive transformational value-add projects as part of Millbrook's senior leadership team.
You will provide guidance, coaching, and support to the P&C Team on their day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
We have a 'people-centred' approach by enhancing the employee experience through coaching, learning & development, and a work-safe - play-safe - live-safe culture.
About You
- 5+ years of People & Culture experience.
- Previous leadership experience desirable.
- HR degree or relevant qualification desirable.
- A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to work to tight and changing deadlines and able to multitask and manage priorities.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with a 'can-do' attitude and a friendly, professional approach.
- Ability to work on your own, as well as, part of a team.
- Resilient and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach.
