HR Policy Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and develop HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to drive organizational success.
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships to inform policy design and review.
- Oversee the maintenance of up-to-date policy documents, ensuring timely publication in circulars, EDMs, and on A*STAR's intranet.
- Participate in workforce planning, collaborating with business units to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for growth, highlighting trends, and advising senior management and stakeholders on HR strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with excellent quantitative abilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to craft compelling narratives.
- Resourceful, motivated, and adept at working independently and collaboratively.
- Pro-active, detail-oriented, and driven by results.
