About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer and Stakeholder Manager to join our team in Gisborne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to build strong relationships with customers, businesses, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Contract Communication Plan to enhance stakeholder relationships.
- Manage stakeholder engagement coordinators within client organizations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by minimizing disruptions caused by maintenance activities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication within the team.
- Provide customer support during operational events impacting service delivery.
Main Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification or experience in customer and stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM and RFS systems.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to changing circumstances.
