Job Description
Sales Implementation Manager
As a Sales Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for providing Account Managers' support with the Foodstuffs South Island account and acting as a key communicator between Account Teams & Field Team.
You will drive central implementation of core sales processes (including promotional plans, category reviews, key event weeks, NPD and activations) and identify opportunities to improve selling process.
You will also assist with preparation and management of promotional and financial plans, and full year financial delivery, updating and providing commentary on key forecast, scan performance and NPD reports, compiling details on all key event weeks, and working with Account Managers to build robust plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive central implementation of core sales processes (including promotional plans, category reviews, key event weeks, NPD and activations).
- Act as a key communicator between Account Team & Field Team.
- Identify opportunities to improve selling process.
- Assist with preparation and management of promotional and financial plans, and full year financial delivery.
- Update and provide commentary on key forecast, scan performance and NPD reports.
- Compile details on all key event weeks.
- Work with Account Managers to build robust plans.
- Communicate execution plans to Field team.
- Provide support to the Field Team through promotional activity planning, instore execution, spend budgets and store requests.

About You
We're looking for someone who is tertiary qualified with a degree in Commerce or relevant fields, although not necessary with the right experience. Territory Management or previous analytical experience within FMCG would be highly valued.
