Job Responsibilities
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Implement HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management and organise annual employee performance reviews
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations
  • Address employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Maintain organisational charts and detailed job descriptions
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (e.g., payroll)
Requirements
  • Degree in any field
  • Preferably with relevant experience (HR/Admin)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge of employment laws, regulations, market practices, and general business environment
  • Positive, resourceful, and curious to learn
  • Prior experience with using SAP would be an advantage
