Job Responsibilities- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Implement HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management and organise annual employee performance reviews
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations
- Address employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
- Maintain organisational charts and detailed job descriptions
- Liaise with other departments or functions (e.g., payroll)
- Degree in any field
- Preferably with relevant experience (HR/Admin)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of employment laws, regulations, market practices, and general business environment
- Positive, resourceful, and curious to learn
- Prior experience with using SAP would be an advantage
