The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk management processes and the technical expertise to drive successful module implementation.
Role & Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the IRM framework.
- Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for the IRM module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow IRM module.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the IRM module with other ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in the implementation of risk management solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IRM module, collaborating with support teams as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in risk management and incorporate relevant technologies into the IRM module.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (Min 5 years) in leading and implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management processes and frameworks.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with third-party applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC) is a plus.
