Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide day-to-day general administrative support, handle correspondence, prepare documents, and manage office communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform filing, data entry, and maintenance of office records.
  • Handle Procurement/Finance related matters, e.g., raise budget memo for approval, raise purchase requests, goods receiving, etc.
  • Logistic support for events such as roadshows, townhalls, seminars as required.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for SRTT based on event and meeting requirements.
  • Travel arrangements for SRTT engagement.
  • Provide operational support for travel/visiting scientists.
  • Generate service quotations, track billing for RCAs and service projects.
  • Provide admin support for FEAT's operations such as CI management, ERM, BCM, PDPA, etc.
  • Provide support for FEAT's seminars, e.g., input of info into EDM, dissemination of EDM, etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field with relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge at Canva, video-editing, etc.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
