Job Description: As a Senior Legal Counsel in our Enforcement team, you will play a critical role in upholding the integrity of our financial markets. You will provide high-quality legal advice on investigations, litigation, and other enforcement actions to ensure our goals are achieved and our reputation as a strong, effective, proactive, and respected organization is reinforced.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have considerable post-qualification experience as a solicitor, preferably with a litigation background. You will also require a current practicing certificate or entitlement to one. Knowledge of the financial services industry and civil procedure is essential, while knowledge of criminal procedure is desirable.
