Auckland Central
- In this role, you will support Employment New Zealand in processing Collective Agreements into the ES Workplace Repository.
- You will work collaboratively with the Support Team to process new cases efficiently and contribute to various administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will possess strong administration skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and an appreciation for Te Ao Māori culture. They will be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to upholding the values of diversity and inclusion.
About the Role
This fixed-term opportunity will allow you to grow your skills and experience in a dynamic regulatory environment. You will be based primarily in our Victoria Street offices and work closely with the national Support Team to achieve our goals.
Requirements
- Strong administration skills with attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Customer service experience with a focus on delivering excellent results.
