Supporting the Team

We are seeking a full-time administrator to join our Valuation & Advisory Services team in Auckland. As a member of our team, you will provide administrative support to allocated team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Set up, edit, and format valuation reports to a high standard.
  • Manage and coordinate valuation instructions to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with finance-related duties such as processing invoices and expense management.

About You

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workflow, priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexible and proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
