Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in hospitality or real estate, paired with exceptional organisational and people skills.

In this role, you will support our founder with scheduling, errands, and travel coordination, while also overseeing client bookings and operations for an events space. You will help manage multiple properties and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

To succeed in this position, you must be a confident, self-directed individual who thrives when making others' roles easier. You should be able to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities with ease, as well as be intuitive and proactive in anticipating needs before they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our founder, including scheduling, errands, and travel coordination
  • Oversee client bookings and operations for an events space
  • Manage multiple properties and ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, or related field
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
