Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Head Coach for our Women's and Men's Squash team. As a key member of our Athletics Department, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our squash program, driving student-athlete success, and contributing to the overall excellence of our university.

Main Responsibilities
  • Talent Identification and Development: Discover, recruit, and develop top-notch student-athletes who share our vision and values, empowering them to achieve their goals and exceed expectations.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Partner with the Director of Athletics to craft and implement a comprehensive strategy for the squash program, encompassing short-term and long-term goals, initiatives, and metrics for success.
  • Team Leadership and Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture, emphasizing collaboration, respect, and open communication among student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
  • Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate game-day operations, scheduling, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing disruptions to our schedule.
Qualification Criteria

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience in squash or a related sport;
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in coaching or a related field;
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
