Key Responsibilities
As the Director of Performance and Capability, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development of a strategic assurance plan that aligns with NEMA's vision and objectives.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to senior decision-makers on matters related to emergency management.
- Building strong relationships with national, regional, and local partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in assurance, compliance, regulatory, or risk management programs.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or significant experience in the field of regulation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
