We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hamilton. As a member of our community team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
About the JobThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating progress towards identified outcomes.
Your Key Accountabilities- Assess client needs and develop individualised treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in their homes or community settings
- Evaluate progress towards identified outcomes and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
