About the OpportunityThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with service users, whānau, and other health agencies to promote mental wellbeing and recovery. As a Community Healthcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships within the community, and will need to demonstrate a commitment to upholding Te Tiriti principles and frameworks.
You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support, and will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with service users and their families.
