Taking care of transport operations for events is crucial to ensuring that our network runs smoothly and efficiently. As a Transport Coordinator Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in delivering exceptional public transport services for various events across Auckland.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to coordinate our transport operations for events, ensuring that our network operates efficiently and safely. The successful candidate will work closely with our event planners, traffic management teams, and other stakeholders to develop and implement operational plans, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate records and reports.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of events, including major sporting fixtures, concerts, protests, and significant weather events. You will also be given the chance to gain valuable experience in Transport Traffic Management (TTM) and public transport operations.

This is an excellent role for someone who is passionate about event planning, transport coordination, and working in a dynamic environment. If you have excellent administration and organisation skills, a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a keen interest in TTM and public transport, we would love to hear from you.
