Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline, with over 5 years of experience in hardware development or electronics test engineering. Proficiency in Altium, strong understanding of electronic circuits, design principles, and SMT manufacturing techniques are also highly desirable.

How You'll Contribute
You will contribute to the success of our Electron rocket by driving the design and testing of avionics components, developing and implementing test systems and software, and mentoring junior engineers. You will also have opportunities to focus on ramping up production support, with a heavy emphasis on documentation, and ensuring all designs and systems comply with regulatory standards.
