The Role

As a key member of the HSW Team, you will contribute to ensuring risk is appropriately managed. This involves developing, updating, and implementing HSW policies and procedures with the support of subject matter experts. You will engage with stakeholders across the business to capture relevant HSW information, manage a centralized HSW system, effectively report trends and areas of business importance, and coherently communicate with all levels of the business.

About the Position
  • You will have a background in HSW coordination or administration and be looking to broaden your knowledge and seek greater exposure within a diverse and high-risk environment.
  • You will likely have a relevant qualification in HSW, understanding of legal and regulatory compliance frameworks, strong written skills with reporting experience, ability to collaborate with wide-ranging teams, and an understanding of software and applications to effectively manage data.
