As SHEQ Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) across the UK
Reporting directly to the Head of SHEQ, you'll be on the front lines, providing hands-on support to operational sites, driving robust compliance management systems, and championing risk reduction strategies that make a real difference.This is not just a support role—it's a chance to be a trusted expert, offering competent advice, innovative solutions, and technical expertise to help shape a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging cutting-edge IT systems to streamline processes and ensure operational excellence.Your insights will be crucial in producing timely, accurate reports that inform strategic decisions.
Most importantly, you'll embody and promote InPost's core values and behaviours, making a lasting impact on the business.Location: Primarily based along the M62 corridor, with occasional travel beyond.Impact: Directly contribute to making our operations safer, more efficient, and fully compliant.Opportunity: Be a key player in a forward-thinking, safety-driven organization.Ready to take on this exciting challenge?
