Job Overview

We're seeking an energetic, proactive individual to join our team as a Branch Coordinator / Youth Mentor. As the heart and soul of our Taupo Blue Light team, you'll be responsible for managing logistics, event planning, and supporting youth programs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage community programs and events, ensuring smooth execution and high participation rates.
  • Mentor and support local youth through mentoring programs, helping them make positive life choices and avoid risky behavior.
  • Recruit, organize, and lead a team of volunteers who share your passion for empowering youth.
  • Manage budgets, financial records, and resources to maintain optimal efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of passionate individuals to create a positive impact and make a real difference in the Taupo community.
