Join our Downer Transport & Infrastructure business as a Traffic Services Coordinator. You will ensure positive financial performance for the Traffic Services business, by efficiently coordinating the People and Plant resources for the Taupo region.

Reporting to the Temporary Traffic Management Resource Coordinator, your work range will include;
- Processing daily documentation
- Resourcing and managing internal and external TTM Staff and Plant
- Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding
- Stocktake reconciliation and other administration duties as and when required

This role is a Full-Time, Permanent position, office-based from our Rotokawa, Taupo depot.

You will be able to leverage your excellent communication and relationship building skills to deliver exceptional experiences internally and externally, at all levels. You will also bring with you:

- Experience in customer liaison to provide positive customer interactions
- A can-do attitude with the ability to be a self-starter and problem-solver
- Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements relating to regulatory and industry standardsBe efficient in the use of Microsoft Programmes and MyTTM beneficial
