Business Development Manager

This role focuses on acquiring new customers primarily through outbound channels, with a strong emphasis on introducing customers to the Firmable platform through a demonstration and guiding them through the buying process.
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years proven experience in an outbound sales role, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Responsibilities include outbound lead management, engaging with prospects, conducting effective sales demos, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximise conversion rates.
As a Business Development Manager at Firmable, you'll work closely with our Sales and Ops Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Outbound lead generation and qualification.
- Building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Delivering tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
