About the Position:

This role reports into the Access business area Leadership Team - Head of Acquisition or the Head of Retention. You'll work on the design, testing, and fine-tuning of new propositions, using data and customer feedback to make them the best they can be.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch new propositions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and stay ahead in the market
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights on proposition performance

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or product development
  • Proven ability to support the development, launch, and execution of new propositions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills
