Our Access business area is our consumer and small medium enterprise powerhouse, with a core focus that's linked to our aspiration of 80% fibre uptake in Aotearoa.

We're looking for a proactive and skilled individual to manage the full lifecycle of our Access fibre products.
In this role, you'll ensure that our products align with market demands, technical capabilities, and the overall business strategy.
You'll be responsible for defining the product vision and navigating the roadmap, taking ideas from concept to execution.
A big part of this role is ensuring we deliver top-notch service to both our consumer and SME customers, making sure the products meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
You'll play a key part in shaping the future of our fibre offerings, collaborating with teams across the business to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Minimum Requirements: Solid experience (7+ years) in product management, change or product development, ideally within telecommunications, IT, or a similar industry.Comfortable working in a squad model.Proven track record of supporting the development, launch, and execution of new propositions from research through to rollout.Strong communication skills to share product vision with multiple stakeholders.Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving and analytical abilities.Experience creating reports, presentations, and engaging with both internal teams and external partners.Chorus is in an exciting space right now, with a new strategy in place and a powerful and inspiring purpose.
