Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Chorus Full time

Nau mai, haere mai.
We're Chorus.
You may have already heard about us and know we're the team empowering Aotearoa's digital future with our ultra-fast fibre.
We're a talented bunch who are passionate about our purpose: Unleashing potential through connectivity.
Enabling better futures for Aotearoa.
Te Wahi | Where: Auckland
Te Putake | Why we're hiring: These newly created roles report into the Access business area Leadership Team - Head of Acquisition or the Head of Retention.
Our Access business area is our consumer and small-medium enterprise powerhouse, with a core focus linked to our aspiration of 80% fibre uptake in Aotearoa.
We'll do this by partnering with our Retail Service Providers in their efforts to win new NZ fibre homes and businesses, connect them seamlessly, and keep them happy by providing the best experience possible.
Access is an exciting and competitive place to be.
As we expand our capability and talent in areas like acquisition, retention, and optimising customer journeys, there are a number of new roles available.
In this role, you'll be working on the design, testing, and fine-tuning of new propositions, using data and customer feedback to make them the best they can be.
You'll gather NZ fibre homes and business insights, check out what our competitors are doing, and keep an eye on market trends to ensure we stay ahead.
When needed, you'll also provide full support for key initiatives, helping them run smoothly from start to finish.
You'll track key performance indicators (KPIs) for new propositions and share insights on how they're doing and where we can improve, as well as running Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) to gather learnings and make future propositions even stronger.
This is an awesome opportunity to contribute to the success of our products and grow into more strategic responsibilities.
We're looking for someone with around 5+ years of experience in a commercial, marketing, or product development role who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You should have experience working with customer insights, competitive intelligence, and data analytics to help shape product and proposition development.
Proven ability to support the development, launch, and execution of new propositions, from research to rollout, is essential.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are key, as well as the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward, even without direct authority.
Experience with business case creation, budgeting, and financial impact assessments would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills are a must, as you'll be preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Chorus is in an exciting space right now, with a new strategy in place and a powerful and inspiring purpose.
We are on the path to moving from the great network builder to being the great network operator.
To do that, we embrace our mindsets of 'be bold, ignite growth', 'honour our past, reimagine our future', and connect communities, empower people.
We need people who not only embody these mindsets and the underpinning behaviours but who also inspire others to do the same.
It's all about our culture; our people say it's one of the best around.
We're proud of that.
With our Chorus Care package benefits behind you, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside a caring, open-minded team in an environment that embraces diversity, encourages innovation, redefines flexibility, and offers an enviable work-life balance.
We have a fair, inclusive, and equitable culture where our differences are our strengths, we connect on shared values, and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Please let us know of any accessibility requirements you would like us to consider in order to support you with your application.
And if you don't meet every single requirement but still think you could be great for the role, we would still encourage you to apply.
Join us on our purpose-filled journey; apply today.
