Proposal Development Manager

We're looking for someone with a strong background in proposal development and a passion for creating innovative fibre propositions. As a key member of our Access business area Leadership Team, you'll work closely with our Head of Acquisition or Head of Retention to drive success.
Your responsibilities will include designing, testing, and fine-tuning new propositions, gathering NZ fibre homes and business insights, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll also run Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) to gather learnings and make future propositions even stronger.
Experience with business case creation, budgeting, and financial impact assessments would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you'll be preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
