Senior ER Partner Role
The Senior ER Partner serves as a vital partner to Global Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), the Global Employment Law Team, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team, and the Global Safety & Security Team.
This role provides expert advice and counsel to employees, managers, leaders, and HRBPs on performance management challenges, interpersonal conflicts, conduct issues, and other employee relations matters.
The ER Partner supports thorough, neutral, and timely investigations and grievance processes, often partnering with Global Employment Law as needed.
This position identifies broader employee relations issues across the enterprise, collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement improvements to the employee experience through consistency and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Briefly describe the following core areas:
- Supporting the delivery of Employee Relations programs
- Maintaining and updating internal Employee Relations Case Management (ERCM) tracker
- Providing resources and training materials to inform managers and employees
- Counseling managers and HR partners on the enterprise performance philosophy
- Coaching and training managers on feedback conversations
- Conducting low- to moderate-complexity investigations, grievance processes, and disciplinary procedures
- Implementing and maintaining internal ERCM
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide feedback and coaching to employees and leaders at every level
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Ability to adjust communication style to support leaders and employees at various levels
- Strong learning agility and ability to manage own time and workload
- Confidence in handling ambiguous situations with flexibility and composure
- Awareness of own strengths, opportunities for growth, and involvement in identifying useful learning opportunities
