About the Job
The Senior ER Partner plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of Employee Relations programs and ensuring compliance with global policies and procedures.
This position requires expertise in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
As a key thought partner to HRBPs, the ER Partner collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee relations issues, implementing solutions that drive consistency and compassion throughout the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with HRBPs to resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance on global employment laws and policies
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance manager and employee skills in employee relations and performance management
- Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts and conduct issues in a fair and impartial manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports on employee relations cases and investigations
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting employee relations and provide recommendations for policy updates
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct client-facing experience in Employee Relations
- Expertise in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
