You will play a vital role in shaping the overall strategy, work plan, and core operational functions of the wider DSA team. Your leadership will help embed values into the fabric of our operations, ensuring meaningful and lasting impact.

About Our Team
Divisional Services and Administration (DSA) is a team of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality operational and strategic management services, and administrative support across the university. Whilst DSA staff report through the Operations Group, they are embedded within divisions to provide tailored management and administrative services. We take pride in the critical role we play in supporting every aspect of the university's operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the use of te reo Māori me ōna tikaka within our workplace
- Provide expert advice on Kaupapa Māori and equity issues affecting kaimahi Māori at work
- Foster whakawhanaukataka, strengthen the collective voice, and advance the mana and professional development of the Kaiwhakahaere Tari group
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Lead the onboarding/induction and recruitment processes for Kaiwhakahaere Tari

Benefits
This is a full-time (37.5 hours), permanent position located in Dunedin. The appointment range for this role is $98,298 to $106,663. Top of the range is $115,027. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this position.
