About the Role
">This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of healthcare services in our community.
">The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the Facility Readiness workstream of the Outpatient Transition Programme, ensuring the successful opening and enduring operation of the Outpatient Building.
">Key Responsibilities

- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining the tasks, timelines and resources necessary to meet the Facility Workstream deliverables.">
- Lead a team of resources to ensure effective delivery of the workstream, including contractors and external partners as necessary.">
- Work closely with the Programme Director, Deputy Programme Director, Transition Project Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective coordination of efforts.">
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clinicians, managers and external partners.">
- Monitor and report on progress against the project plan, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact delivery.">
- Develop and implement a quality assurance plan to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.">
About You
">To succeed in this role, you will need to have significant experience in leadership and project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
">You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
">A strong understanding of project management principles and practices is also essential.
">You will be able to think critically and solve problems independently, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
">Excellent time management and organisational skills are necessary to ensure timely delivery of the workstream.
