Job Description

The role of Advisor, Ministerial Services involves coordinating and providing advice on ministerial servicing processes. This includes briefings, aide memoires, Parliamentary questions, and Official Information Act requests. As a key stakeholder, you will ensure these processes are delivered with quality, timeliness, and in compliance with procedural standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to engage with stakeholders, drive the successful delivery of ministerial services, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the Ministry's operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing proactive problem-solving and seeking guidance when needed
  • Understanding and respecting cultural values

The successful candidate must have a basic understanding of ministerial processes, strong organizational skills, and good communication skills. An understanding of government and public sector processes is highly desirable.
