The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our volunteer recruitment process, you will be responsible for finding, screening, and selecting talented volunteers who share our vision.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Promote vacancies and assignments to attract top talent
  • Sourcing candidates and leading panel interviews
  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns and choosing suitable volunteers
  • Working closely with your team to ensure a successful volunteer journey

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or volunteer recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural competence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
