Job Description
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
You will provide support to individuals with some challenging behaviors, but you will receive comprehensive training on the needs of the people we support, including Moving and Positioning, Epilepsy, and MAPA.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including early and late shifts, as well as some waking nights.
