We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 8 months. In this role, you will work closely with our Recruitment Lead to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Tasks

Your key responsibilities will include drafting and posting job advertisements, answering queries from candidates and hiring managers, and assisting with offers on behalf of hiring managers. You will also be responsible for coordinating approvals, preparing contracts, and processing employment variations.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a salary range starting from $67,136 to a maximum of $74,569 per annum. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment and work in a team that offers genuine work flexibility.

Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and provide great candidate and hiring manager experiences (negotiation skills are a bonus)
  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to use your initiative
  • At least 12 months' experience in a busy administration or coordination role (HR experience is a bonus but not essential)
