We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team in Wellington. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Court.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth court operations
  • Providing judicial and registry support as required
  • Managing general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Assisting with various court processes, including preparation of court documents and records

Requirements

We are looking for an excellent communicator with strong English and computer skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be adaptable, proactive, and resilient, with a natural ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in administration, including data entry and document management
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including support and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of procurement and budget management principles
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Confidence in using various software and technology, including online ordering systems
