We're seeking a seasoned Beverage Services Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. At Good George Dining Hall, we're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality, and we want someone who shares that same enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing busy bars and restaurants, with excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels. They'll be knowledgeable about beer, cider, spirits, wines, and cocktails, and possess the ability to work well under pressure and think on their feet.

A key responsibility of this role will be to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. This will involve perfecting cocktails, training staff, and ensuring our bar operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends, and hold a current Duty Managers Certificate and LCQ. Legally entitled to work in New Zealand, they'll be eager to grow, lead by example, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
