We are looking for a highly organized and meticulous Accounts Receivable Professional to join our finance team at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing financial transactions, performing data entry, and processing invoices.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Support the development of financial reports and dashboards.
Key qualifications include:
- 2+ years' experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Candidates with prior experience working in education or government sectors are preferred but not necessary.
