The Opportunity

This role offers a unique opportunity for a social worker to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and to contribute to the development of our service.

What We Are Looking For

  • A qualified social worker with current annual practicing certificate
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in social work practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to navigate legal requirements of healthcare and social work
  • A clear understanding of the health needs of Māori and Pacific Island communities
